Special: The scythe is a normal scythe it has no real powers other than the fact it glows brighter the stronger the opponent. The eye on the other hand has the power to read a person, everything emotionally the person is acting so if they are lying he can tell if they are sad he can tell if they are afraid he can tell. It can also tell a little bit about the person their name, age, and a tiny bit of history, and on occasion though it is a bit of a strain on Xies can tell what aperson is thinking.
*Side Note: To fully release the eye and call out the scythe he shots his hand past his eye causing a black pupil to appear during which the eyes powers are suspended he then covers the eye causing a staff to slowly extend out of it as he pulls on it. Once teh staff is fully out he twists it causing the blade to appear at this time the eyes powers are fully active again. This all usually takes about 20 seconds providing the smallest of windows. Also the eye must have direct contact with at least something of the person so a finger a piece of clothing anything that is directly on a person.
